Dr. Moos brings over three decades of experience in executive roles in pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies and a major research institute. He has also served on numerous boards, as an advisor to government and nonprofit organizations and as a consultant to industry in North America, Europe and Asia. In recent years, he has been active in healthcare venture capital groups.
An adjunct professor at the University of California, San Francisco, since 1992, Dr. Moos has co-founded several scientific journals, co-authored and edited a number of books and been published and patented widely. He holds a BA in chemistry from Harvard University and a PhD in chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley.
